We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. Your expertise in crafting cocktails, along with your knowledge of food safety and hospitality, will ensure that every drink served is of the highest quality. This position requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes and presentation techniques to create visually appealing beverages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings with beverages for an enhanced dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to responsible serving practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your understanding of hospitality standards.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Basic math skills for managing cash transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
