Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes and presentation techniques to create visually appealing beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings with beverages for an enhanced dining experience.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to responsible serving practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your understanding of hospitality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
  • Basic math skills for managing cash transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
