What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Giver, you'll be supporting older adults and people with varying health needs across Worthing and the surrounding area — helping them stay independent, comfortable, and connected to the world around them.

Your day might include:

  • Helping with personal care like washing, dressing, and getting ready for the day — always with dignity and respect.
  • Preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks that suit each person's tastes and needs.
  • Offering companionship and conversation, especially for those living alone.
  • Lending a hand with light household tasks — a tidy space can make a big difference.
  • Driving clients to appointments, the shops, or maybe even the seafront for a stroll (if you drive).
  • Supporting families through more sensitive times, including hospice and end-of-life care.
  • Keeping clear, simple notes and passing along any important updates.

What You'll Need

No experience? No problem. We provide full, paid training and ongoing support.

What matters most is your heart and attitude:

  • A caring, patient, and positive approach.
  • Good communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
  • Some flexibility for evenings or weekends, if you can.

What You'll Get
