As Finance Business Partner here, you won't just be crunching numbers - you'll be right at the heart of decision-making, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Marketing to drive growth. You'll be trusted with autonomy, encouraged to challenge, and valued for the expertise you bring.

This is a business that wants more than "finance as usual." They want sharper analytics, better use of Power BI, and commercial insights that move the needle. You'll have a Commercial FD who backs your ideas, gives you space to grow, and values the role of finance as a driver of change rather than just reporting on it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to provide commercial insight and challenge.

  • Preparing and presenting budgets, forecasts, and financial models to senior leadership.

  • Shaping strategy through analysis of sales performance, marketing ROI, and market trends.

  • Using tools like Power BI to improve reporting and unlock better decision-making.

  • Leading continuous improvements across financial planning and business partnering.

What you'll bring:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

  • Proven track record in finance business partnering roles, ideally commercial-facing.

  • Strong financial modelling, FP&A and reporting skills. Power Bi experience

  • Commercially curious - able to see beyond the numbers and tell the story.

  • A confident communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
