About the Role: As a Transit Terminal Logistics Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight moves efficiently and safely through our Northampton terminal. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to meet customer-specific requirements with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load, unload, and move freight within the terminal
  • Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) correctly
  • Report and document any damage following proper procedures
  • Adhere to Health & Safety standards and SSOW
  • Use IT equipment (scanners, computers) for daily tasks
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately
  • Meet time targets for loading/unloading
