Partner Support Engineer
to join our dynamic global Partner Support team. In this role, you'll be the go to technical expert for our partners, helping them navigate our platform and resolve challenges with confidence and ease. From platform operations to billing, migrations, and marketplace support, you'll be at the heart of everything we do to empower our partners to thrive. What You'll Do As a Partner Support Engineer
- Be the frontline hero for inbound technical issues across our platform - supporting everything from billing and orders to migrations and channel changes
- Triage and troubleshoot partner issues with speed and care, escalating when needed and keeping partners informed every step of the way
- Support marketplace vendors like Microsoft, CrowdStrike, and Bitdefender - managing escalations and resolving vendor specific issues
- Create clarity by documenting cases thoroughly and building out internal knowledge articles that make future problem solving faster and smarter
- Champion the partner experience through clear, professional communication and proactive relationship building
- Collaborate and grow by working cross functionally, staying ahead of industry trends, and driving your own development through coaching and learning programs

To succeed in this role as our
Partner Support Engineer
,
you'll need:
- Proven experience in technical or customer support with Microsoft products - ideally in a fast paced SaaS environment
- Bonus points if you've worked with MSP's or in a partner led ecosystem
- Familiar with marketplace operations like billing, orders, and migrations
- Confident troubleshooting a range of technical issues with speed and clarity
- Comfortable with key technologies (Microsoft, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Bitdefender, etc.)
- Excellent communicator - able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
- Naturally customer focused, with a calm, solutions first approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and think strategically
- A proactive, self starter who thrives on collaboration and continuous learning
- Adaptable, driven, and ready to grow in a dynamic, fast evolving environment

Salary & Benefits For Our Partner Support Engineer
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Designated Office And Working Pattern
- Tech set up to support great home and in office working
- Designated Office: Bristol
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Time: On a rota between 7am - 7pm
- Contract: Full time permanent
