About Us

The Baby Care Academy is dedicated to supporting mothers and babies through nurturing, holistic treatments and wellness services. We are now expanding our team and looking for passionate, caring, and skilled holistic therapists to join us in delivering our unique treatments designed for mum and baby wellness.

Role Overview

As a Holistic Therapist specialising in Mum & Baby Wellness, you will provide high-quality treatments that nurture both mothers and their babies. You'll create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment, ensuring every client feels cared for and supported. This role is ideal for therapists who have a genuine interest in maternal and infant wellbeing and who wish to grow their skills within a supportive and specialised academy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional massage treatments with a focus on supporting mothers and babies.
  • Deliver a range of holistic therapies (depending on qualifications and training).
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for mums and babies.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care.
  • Support with Academy events, classes, or workshops as required.
  • Undertake ongoing training provided by The Baby Care Academy to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Recognised qualification in Massage Therapy.
  • A warm, caring, and professional approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for maternal and infant wellness.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards.

Desirable (but not essential – training can be provided through The Baby Care Academy):

  • Reflexology
  • Facials
  • Reiki
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
