About the Company

Our client is a small established recruitment business within the civil engineering and construction sectors. They specialise in supplying skilled temporary labour to reputable contractors across the UK, operating with a focus on reliability, transparency, and long-term relationships.

The company is now expanding and seeking an experienced Freelance 360 Recruiter who wants the next step in their recruitment career — someone driven, capable, and ready to work autonomously with the backing of a trusted team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a recruiter who:

  • Wants full flexibility — work from anywhere, set your own hours, and run your own desk
  • Thrives on autonomy, but values having the right operational and compliance support behind them
  • Is ready to take ownership of their client relationships and earnings
  • Has the motivation and work ethic to build a successful desk without constant supervision
  • Wants to move away from restrictive agency structures and be rewarded properly for their results

You'll build and manage your own client portfolio, source and place skilled construction and civils candidates, and build strong, lasting relationships. In return, you'll have the full operational, payroll, and compliance support of a professional back-office — leaving you free to focus on billing and growth.

What You'll Need

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within construction, civils, or a related technical sector
  • Confidence in business development and relationship management
  • Strong candidate sourcing and resourcing skills
  • A professional, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Desire to work flexibly and independently while maintaining high standards
