Location: Kingston (Ham), KT2

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

WANTED Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

Exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy residential sales team in the Kingston upon Thames area and develop an exciting career in Estate Agency.

This role involves supporting clients through the buying and selling process, developing your sales expertise, and building strong local market knowledge. Candidates looking for an entry level role with relevant transferable skills will also be considered.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assist clients with buying and selling residential properties
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features to potential buyers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client enquiries promptly
  • Support the team with marketing properties through online portals and social media
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Liaise with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Candidates with transferable skills from sales, customer service, or similar roles will be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a plus
