We're looking for
dedicated Teaching Assistants (LSAs)
to join our
partner schools across Leeds
, supporting students with additional learning needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or social and emotional challenges.


Your Role

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support in the classroom
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Help build confidence, independence, and life skills
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment


About You

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Experience with children is a bonus — full training provided
