Main areas of work
Our trainees and apprentices are able to choose from a wealth of seats to work with experts across our practice areas: Banking and Finance, Competition, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Projects, PRM (People, Reward and Mobility), Real Estate, Tax and TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications).

Our lawyers have a long history of advising on the development and construction of Milton Keynes as a new town, and today we continue to play a key role as the area grows and attracts significant business investment.

The Milton Keynes office is fully integrated into Dentons' global network, enabling us to work on high-profile international matters and cross-border transactions, while maintaining strong local connections and supporting the continued success of the region.

During the scheme you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our practice areas, working with your supervisor, and collaborating closely with your team.

By attending our Milton Keynes Vacation Scheme, you'll automatically be assessed for our Milton Keynes Trainee Solicitor Programme. This could be the start of something much bigger.

Our Milton Keynes scheme will be taking place from Monday 13 April Friday 24 April 2026, in person, at our Milton Keynes office.

Who Should Apply?
There is no such thing as a 'typical' trainee at Dentons and that's the way we like it. Our expertise within the Firm is as diverse as the needs of our global clients. What we have in common is the ability to contribute to our growing success.

We generally look for a strong academic performance but consider every application we receive in context and holistically. We encourage you to include mitigating circumstances if relevant and we have also implemented the Rare Contextual Recruitment System, to give us additional context to every candidate's application

Our scheme is open for penultimate year law students, all final year students and graduates.
