Ark is recruiting for an award-winning events business with a reputation for delivering inspiring, community-led exhibitions and live experiences. Their growing animal health and equine events portfolio connects passionate audiences, brands, and professionals across the sector, from pet care and veterinary innovation to equestrian lifestyle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Marketing Executive to join a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team, working across several much-loved UK events within the equine and animal health industries.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across a busy event portfolio. Working closely with senior marketers, you'll take ownership of campaign administration, content updates, communications, and stakeholder management, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of events.
  • Manage all exhibitor deliverables, reports, and communications.
  • Maintain and update event websites and online content.
  • Coordinate newsletters, email communications, and social media posts.
  • Assist with event administration and on-site marketing support.
  • Liaise with exhibitors, ambassadors, and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and business teams to align marketing and commercial activity.
  • Provide reporting and insight on campaign performance.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised marketer with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. You'll bring:

  • Experience in events marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media.
  • Confidence using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-player mindset with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
