The Opportunity

As one of our Field Coordinator's you will be responsible for the management of a number of our outdoor self-storage facilities.

This is an ideal role for a confident self-starter who has the highest standards and is both practical and performance driven. You will look after all aspects of an outdoor site, from inventory management, security, maintenance, accessibility, and customer engagement.

This Role is Full Time

  • Starting: ASAP
  • Fully mobile role, ideally based in the Derby or Nottingham area
  • Salary: £26-£28k

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • You will primarily be responsible for 4 outdoor self-storage facilities but from time to time will be expected to support further self-storage sites
  • Management of all inventories to ensure maximum availability to sell at all times
  • Ensure accuracy of data to enable the ability to sell units online 24/7
  • Responsible for the standards of ascetics, hygiene and cleanliness on all sites
  • Audit the standards of all inventories and be capable of completing repairs and maintenance as required
  • Audit and maintain all security measures across all sites
  • Organise, as required, external contractors to support the maintenance of standards at all sites
  • Main site level point of contact with all external contractors
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and customers

  • A self-starter with the highest of personal standards who is capable and confident in managing their own time to achieve the maximum output
  • Practically minded and capable of completing basic on-site repairs and maintenance
  • Able to use and manage inventory management systems
  • A confident communicator who can provide feedback to both the wider business and customers to maintain the highest of on-site standards
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service with a clear understanding of what "great" looks like
  • Comfortable working alone, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
