Katrium is seeking fluent Estonian speakers to join our team as interviewers for upcoming market research projects. These fully remote projects involve conducting structured interviews with both business professionals (B2B) and consumers (B2C), adhering to specific client requirements.

We'll equip you with everything you need (including detailed scripts and questionnaires) to conduct interviews remotely through an online platform.

What we expect from you:

  • Estonian fluency: Strong communication skills are a must.
  • English skills: Ability to communicate with us is important.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews: Ability to follow provided scripts and questionnaires.
  • Attention to detail: Accurately record and document participant responses.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours per day. Full-time availability is preferred.
  • Technical Requirements: A good internet connection and a computer with a headset.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C market research interviews.
  • Proficiency in using online interview platforms.
