Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery in the Eltham/Greenwich region
  • Support team members in managing customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and organise documentation efficiently
  • Contribute to organising community events or programmes as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organisational objectives and improve service quality
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

Qualifications

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is desirable but not essential
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
