Enablement Support Worker - Adult Social Care (Short-Term Reablement)

Location:
Derbyshire Dales


Contract Options:
18 or 24 hours per week (with flexibility for extra hours)


Pay:
Competitive (Grade 5)


Shifts:
Rota-based including days, nights, weekends & bank holidays

What You'll Do

  • Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence.
  • Deliver personalised care plans including personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and wellbeing support.
  • Collaborate with a multi-professional team and contribute to multi-disciplinary discussions.
  • Accurately record progress and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Receive ongoing support and training to help you excel and grow in your career.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
