About The Firm
A leading international law firm with a strong reputation in real estate finance, advising major lenders, investors, developers, and financial institutions across the UK and internationally. The Real Estate Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Junior Lawyer to join the dynamic and collaborative practice.
The Role
As a Real Estate Finance Lawyer, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of transactions, including:
- Real estate-backed lending
- Development finance
- Investment and acquisition finance
- Refinancing and portfolio transactions
- Intercreditor and security arrangements
You will be involved in drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing transactions, liaising with clients and counterparties, and supporting business development initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded lawyer who is eager to develop a long-term career in real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in banking, real estate finance, or general finance work
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and client service orientation
