We are looking for a
Project Manager who specialises in HRIS implementation and optimisation
to join our forward-thinking organisation during an exciting transformation phase. This role offers you the opportunity to shape HR technology and processes that impact thousands of employees.
This role is available on a
12-month fixed term contract
basis and will be based at our
UK Head Office in Northampton

We're looking to offer a salary of up to
£95,000,

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Lead major HRIS projects including SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central enhancements, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and RAID logs to ensure successful delivery and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams, product owners, and regional stakeholders to align objectives and drive progress
- Manage stakeholder engagement through clear communication, workshops, and regular updates to senior leadership
- Oversee testing and compliance ensuring systems meet local regulatory requirements and deliver a smooth user experience
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven extensive experience leading HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors essential; ServiceNow HRSD preferred)
- Strong project management expertise with PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders in a matrixed, multinational environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
- Technical proficiency with project management tools (e.g., , Jira, Smartsheet) and a keen eye for detail
