About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll create digital content, support campaigns, and help strengthen Had Fab's voice both internally and externally. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and Chief People Officer, and you'll have the freedom to explore ideas, experiment, and shape how we present ourselves.

What You'll Do:

Digital Content and Social Media

  • Run and refresh our website and social channels.
  • Film short clips, take photos, write posts, and create content that feels modern, clean, and real.
  • Build a simple, steady content calendar.
  • Share project wins and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Use basic analytics to see what performs and adjust.

Brand and Creative Materials

  • Produce sharp, on-brand graphics and layouts using WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Create brochures, presentations, and case studies that look professional and feel current.
  • Support the Commercial team with tender materials that stand out for the right reasons.
  • Maintain the marketing asset library.

Campaigns and Business Development Support

  • Help develop sector specific campaigns.
  • Highlight sustainability, innovation, and company milestones.
  • Create content that supports bids, client relationships, and external recognition

Events and Internal Communications

  • Capture content from events, visits, and open days.
  • Share stories that build culture, engagement, and connection among employees.
  • Support internal communications with fresh, clear messaging.

You'll bring:

  • 3–6 years' experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong writing skills with a modern, engaging tone.
  • Experience running social media or digital channels
  • Confidence using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • An interest in employer brand, culture, and internal communications.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to try new ideas.
