Purpose of the Job
The role focuses on uncovering user needs, validating product concepts, and creating design solutions using Figma that align with business goals and user expectations. You will champion user needs across the organization by engaging directly with end users and client-facing teams through user research, usability testing, and hands-on design work.

Conducts user research aligned with product goals to inform feature development and prioritizationLeads independent research initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights shape product directionPartners with Business Analysts and customer-facing teams to translate user insights into actionable requirementsPlans and executes usability testing to evaluate product concepts, prototypes, and featuresUses Figma to design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that reflect research insights and support product developmentIterates on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder inputSynthesizes research findings into clear, actionable insights that support product decisionsPresents research outcomes and design solutions to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user needsSupports the refinement of product hypotheses through evidence-based research and designContributes to the continuous improvement of research and design practices within product teamsOwns the development of user personas, journey maps, and experience strategies to guide long-term product evolution
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Proficiency in qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing)Familiarity with quantitative techniques for validating user behavior and preferencesExperience working in cross-functional environments with direct access to end users and client-facing teamStrong communication skills for presenting insights and influencing product directionUnderstanding of user-centered design principles and product development cyclesAdvanced proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systemsAbility to translate user insights into product requirements, user stories, and design solutions.
