Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing schedules, maintaining records, organizing documents, and performing general clerical duties. The role also involves supporting executives with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules, managing records, and handling correspondence
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions and effective coordination
  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and the ability to support senior management
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
