About us

At Macmillan you'll find talented people working together to do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer – and we're committed to driving a revolution in cancer care for the future.

You'll collaborate across teams and with external partners to identify opportunities, test new concepts, and deliver impactful cancer services innovations. • Lead the planning and delivery of service innovation pilots, including KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and stakeholder engagement

  • Plan and deliver co-creation workshops and embed user voice in the development of new products or services
  • Develop investment cases for new services and support strategic decision-making on scale or cessation
  • Maintain innovation risk registers and collaborate with Finance, Legal and Audit on the contracting of services
  • Deliver internal and external communications to support innovation narratives and launches
  • Be an active member of the team and build excellent relationships across the organisation

  • Resilience, curiosity and a flexible approach to product development
  • Experience with digital product development, impact measurement, and investment or business case creation (desirable)

  • Pension matched up to 7.5%
  • 120+ learning and development offers, with access to external professional qualifications
  • Flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm
  • Holiday buying and selling scheme, life insurance, free wills, retail discounts and much more
