Our client , (A global biotech firm) is hiring a Contract Sales Director to lead UK commercial strategy for a new product launch in oncology. You'll manage regional sales teams, drive KOL engagement and oversee launch execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage regional sales managers.
  • Engage with key accounts and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and market access teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in pharma sales leadership.
  • Oncology or specialty care experience essential.
  • ABPI certified.
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills.
