We're now recruiting for
Part time or Full time Domestic Supervisor
to join our founding team. If you're an experienced nurse ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

  • Hours: Part time or Full time role available

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire our Domestic Staff daily, ensuring all shifts are covered.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment while respecting our residents' lifestyles.
  • Engage residents in their living spaces, allowing them to personalize their areas.
  • Oversee and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning routines, both scheduled and on-the-spot.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, adhering to budgets and COSHH regulations.
  • Assist with the storage and care of residents' clothing.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations.
  • Uphold confidentiality at all times regarding resident and staff information.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a sympathetic understanding of the needs of older adults.
  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility and independence in your work approach.
  • Previous experience supervising domestic staff in a residential setting is a plus
