Job description

WM College, proudly recognised as Europe's oldest surviving adult education institute, is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead and develop our specialist 3D Arts and Crafts provision. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a vibrant curriculum area rooted in traditional craft disciplines such as Ceramics, Jewellery, Sculpture, and Glass.

As Curriculum Manager, you will bring a deep understanding of outstanding teaching and learning, alongside a proven track record of driving curriculum quality improvements. You will oversee a diverse programme of courses, coordinating staffing, resources, and timetabling, while ensuring learners achieve excellent outcomes across both government-funded and full-cost provision.

You will play a key role in expanding the College's full-cost course offer in 3D Arts, responding to learner demand and market opportunities, and maintaining high standards of delivery and learner experience.
