About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our sales department and assist in ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal and external account queries
- Updating our customer database, where needed, and creating new customer accounts
- Organising and distributing customer samples
- Managing, approving and onboarding all wholesale website account requests
- Monitoring the sales team inbox, live chat and phone line, making sure all enquiries are answered to a high standard and promptly
- Producing and analysing reports, where necessary
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
What You Bring:
Experience:
- Previous experience in administration or sales support
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Courteous, personable and professional manner
- A good telephone manner
Essential:
- Driving Licence (No public transport to our site)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
