• Remuneration: $ $59.04 p/hr (dependent on experience) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
• 5 weeks annual leave

Your part in our BlueCare team
We're currently inviting applications from energetic, passionate and highly capable Social Workers to join our team.

You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being

This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.

What makes a difference for us?
You'll Have a Genuine Passion For Supporting People With a Desire To Lead Exceptional Outcomes For Your Clients. Previous Experience In a Health Or Aged Care Context Is Highly Desirable. You'll Also Have

• Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work
• Registration with relevant professional body - Australian Association of Social Workers
• Previous experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle
