Dedicated Live-In Care Assistant – Self-Employed Role

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is seeking reliable, compassionate live-in care assistants to provide personalised support and companionship for clients in their own homes.
This self-employed position offers the opportunity to deliver one-to-one care tailored to each client's needs, helping them maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing. If you enjoy making a genuine difference, this is a rewarding role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support medication routines and daily activities
- Prepare meals and assist with light domestic tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide mobility and safety assistance
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report any changes in wellbeing
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' care experience (live-in or domiciliary)
- Self-employed with a valid UTR number
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK with professional references
- Naturally caring, professional, and reliable
- Bonus: NVQ Level 2/3 or First Aid qualification
