Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Aluminium Window & Door Salesperson to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a proven ability to close sales. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand — engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that reflect the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers professionally, identifying their needs to provide an exceptional service experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our aluminium windows and doors, clearly communicating features and benefits.
- Support customers in making confident, informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom or sales area.
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and maintain a positive, proactive environment.
- Keep up to date with new products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the window, door, or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident handling objections and resolving customer concerns with professionalism.
- Strong numeracy skills for managing transactions and stock levels.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- A genuine interest in the industry and our product range is highly desirable.
