One member of staff supports up to two young people in these homes, and you are supported by an on-call manager who is available 24/7. You will be required to work on average 10 shifts per month (5 shifts part-time) on a rolling rota, and this will include some weekends. Shifts are paid between £208.50 and £259 depending on start and finish time. Paid overtime is also available.
You will work primarily in one home, but may be asked to work in one of our other homes at short notice, due to the needs of the service.
