Job Description

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Unity development experience, with at least one shipped product
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization for small, standalone devices (e.g., Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro)
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in an agile environment

Nice To Have Skills

  • Exposure to VR interaction design principles
  • Experience with multiplayer or networked Unity applications
  • Knowledge of Unity Addressables, Universal Render Pipeline (URP), or HDRP, and custom shader development
  • Prior involvement in healthcare, simulation, or medical training projects

Preferred Education And Experience

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record through shipped projects in gaming, healthcare, or simulation sectors

Other Requirements

  • Contract length of approximately 5 months, with potential extension based on budget and project needs
  • On-site presence of 1-2 days per week at the London office preferred to align with team collaboration
