Job overview

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced Speciality doctor to join a dynamic and friendly team with ambitions to achieve excellence within the home treatment team based at Bodmin Community hospital, Bodmin, Cornwall.

This role will be supported by a Consultant Psychiatrist, with opportunities for the right individual to enhance their skills and develop though the pathway route to specialist registration or as a multi professional approved clinician.

Main duties of the job

A key part of this role will be weekly case reviews with the Home Treatment Team as well as liaising with Community Mental Health Team Consultants to ensure continuity of care, good communication and joined up care.
