30 clients at any one time
 so our work stays meaningful, personalised and high-impact.

Our SEO approach is structured, strategic and long-term, built on solid foundations, continual refinement and transparent communication.

The Role

This is not your average SEO role. You'll be a core part of the team, working closely with both clients and colleagues, never in isolation.

You will:

  • Lead and deliver SEO strategy across technical, content, UX and conversion-focused areas.
  • Join client meetings, sales calls and strategy sessions, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the team; this role is for someone who values teamwork over siloed working.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and earn 
    20% commission
     on any new client work you help bring in.
  • Bring fresh ideas, stay ahead of algorithm updates, and adapt quickly to industry shifts.
  • Visit clients occasionally when it benefits the relationship (we'll cover the travel).

What We're Looking For:

Experience

  • 3-4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house), with a track record of results.

Mindset

  • A self-starter who is proactive, commercially minded and quality-driven.
  • We've all been founders previously, so if you have also, then that's an added plus.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys being client-facing and joining sales conversations.
  • Someone who thrives in a 
    collaborative environment
    , this role is not suited for lone-wolf freelancers.
  • Innovative, curious and always keeping up with SEO trends and algorithm shifts.
  • Comfortable travelling for occasional client visits.
