We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and emotionally intelligent Support Workers to join our growing team at MeadowRise Care Ltd—a new, locally rooted care company currently progressing through CQC registration.
This is not just a job—it's a way of life.
We currently offer non-regulated support services that bridge the gaps in traditional care systems. Once registration is successful we will be offering regulated services. Our mission is to provide care that uplifts, empowers, and helps people flourish. We go beyond task-based care to build meaningful relationships and create moments of joy.
Duties
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities may include:

- Driving clients to appointments or social outings
- Supporting transitions (e.g. hospital discharge)
- Liaising with families and contributing to feedback loops
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
- Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction
- Engaging clients in social and creative activities to enhance wellbeing
Note: We do not currently provide personal care or medication administration, but this will evolve as we move into regulated services.
