Which is why are looking for a
Contract Performance Specialist
to join our Retail team You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts within the Severn Trent Retail business and take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of high profile and complex contracts to support the delivery of the Retail Plan.
This role also requires a level of understanding of the ST strategic roadmap as you will be utilising high quality management techniques through knowledge and experience to support our cross functional teams.
We'll be looking for you to be implementing best practice across all of our contracts, ensuring they are aligned with all our relevant contract ranges and principles, as well as process, governance and controls. You'll also develop ways of working for individual contracts, ensuring we maximise performance while also making sure that value returns are achieved against contracts.
You will be ensuring that contract management processes align with wider governance, SLA's, procedural and process structures across Severn Trent and look to build strong relationships with various client groups, becoming a subject matter expert by stakeholders inside & outside the business. You will do this in various ways but especially by leading performance review meetings to drive the performance of our partners, ensuring the best possible and optimal service is being delivered.
You'll be based at our Shelton site in
Shrewsbury.

You strong communication skills by varying means and to varying levels including leadership teams will be a real asset as will a strong knowledge of contract management and customer touchpoints as this will ensure our customer needs are met and reputations kept intact.
Your ability to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a diverse contract portfolio, with expertise in service contracts and a strong understanding of Credit Management and debt would be of benefit.
