Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Carlisle. The Administrator will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing office communications, coordinating schedules, organizing and maintaining files, handling customer inquiries, and supporting team members with administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or IT sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
