Role Overview

As our new Project Manager, youll be the bridge between our creative design team and the client, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Your CAD skills will allow you to guide technical aspects and make informed decisions during the design and development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams

  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Review and contribute to CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation

  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Provide technical input and support throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or design-focused environment

  • Strong background in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and provide guidance

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field

  • PMP or similar certification (preferred but not required)
