Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Administrator role located in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, coordinating guest inquiries, and handling reservations. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining the front desk area. The successful candidate will ensure professional and friendly customer service at all times, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Proven track record of exceptional organisational skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
  • 5 years experience in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing reservations.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and understanding of revenue
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This is number one priority for role.
  • Proficiency with common office software and reservation systems
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and understanding of guest services.
