Are you a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Manager ready to take the lead on delivering high-quality, customer-focused services?

Morgan Hunt have an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-trade maintenance professional to make a real impact - managing a talented in-house team and ensuring tenants receive the very best service.

The Role

You'll lead and inspire a team of around 37 multi-skilled colleagues, taking charge of a £1 million annual budget covering reactive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll focus on:

  • Driving operational excellence and great customer service.
  • Managing budgets, performance, and quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, procurement, and financial processes.
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, colleagues, and partners.

You'll also lead on contract management and supplier performance, prepare reports and updates for senior leaders

To be considered for the role you will be an experienced manager who can deliver an excellent maintenance service. Technical knowledge but also a commitment to customer service are both essential.

Essential criteria for the role:

  • Proven experience managing multi-trade or housing maintenance teams.
  • A strong background in reactive and planned works, including voids and repairs.
  • Excellent knowledge of building standards, procurement, and contract management.
  • Confidence in leading and motivating others to deliver results.
  • Great communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to getting things right for customers.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential.
