THE ROLE

Content Creator:

Topaz Detailing is looking for a talented videographer and video editor to join our social media and marketing team. Our aim is to maximise our ever-growing social media channels, in particular our YouTube channel which has received over 20 million views in the past 12 months. The right candidate is an enthusiastic, and energetic team player, who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of our state-of-the-art workshops and is in tune with the requirements of creating video content in the social media space. We want to continue to solidify our place as the industry leaders in detailing and paint protection, not just with the quality of our work, but also with the quality of media. You must be someone who is creative and forward-thinking, as well as highly organised and able to shoot/produce frequent video projects in our workshop. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro is preferred, however, all candidates familiar with digital video editing will be considered. You will be required to work over multiple projects at once so being able to multitask is key.

The Ideal Candidate:

Is excited to strive for results, achieving the maximum organic reach on our channels, in particular our YouTube and Instagram videos.

Passionate about cars and creating content around them.

Experienced at filming highly engaging content for social media purposes and using the right video equipment for the social media content creation job at hand.

Able to work within our dynamic and highly talented team, both in the marketing department and the workshop as a whole.

Values attention to detail, and able to produce high quality YouTube and social media videos at a consistent high pace.

Most importantly we are looking for a candidate who is a switched-on, super-enthusiastic hard worker, willing to work hard to develop their skills and doesn't need to be asked twice to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

● At least 1 years' experience working in digital and social media video production preferred.

● Knowledge of performance and luxury cars preferred but not required.

● Must have a strong knowledge of the video, audio, graphic & post-production process.

● Media degree advantageous but not a requirement.
