Your Role as SENCO:
Lead and coordinate the school's SEN provision, ensuring that the needs of all students are met.
Work closely with staff to implement individual learning plans for students with SEN.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff in best practice for inclusive education.
Who We're Looking For:
An experienced SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it).
A passionate advocate for inclusive education and SEN.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
