Summary
We are looking for a Sales Administrator whose role is vital in supporting our office team and ensuring smooth operational processes. Based in Grantham, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable company dedicated to excellence in asset finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer and client data using CRM software.
- General office administration.
- Editing the internal intranet and the website
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and internal teams.
- Assist in processing asset finance applications efficiently.
- Compile information and manage the onboarding process for new ARs.
- Maintaining up to date lender information and contact details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What do our candidates need?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated time management abilities.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday: 8.30am – 3.30pm (36.5 Hours per week)
Work Location: Office Based, Grantham. Postcode NG31 6BH.
Education: to GCSE level, but we also understand that qualifications aren't the be all and end all, we are looking for a person who is passionate to create their own success with the right personality.
