About the roles

Across our partner companies, Product Designers are shaping digital products that blend design, strategy, and technology.

You'll find opportunities to own end-to-end design processes, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery, while collaborating with brilliant cross-functional teams.

What you'll typically do

  • Design and iterate user-centred digital products, apps, and platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into intuitive design systems
  • Conduct or apply user research and usability testing to validate ideas
  • Build low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and flows in Figma
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems
  • Combine strategic UX thinking with a strong eye for visual design
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design quality and performance
  • Leverage data, testing, and feedback to optimise user experience

Who you are

  • 3–8 years' experience in product or UX/UI design (startup, tech, or creative environment)
  • Deep understanding of user research, interaction design, and accessibility
  • Strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confident designing end-to-end experiences, from concepts to detailed UIs
  • Collaborative communicator and creative problem solver
  • Organised, curious, and motivated to design with purpose
  • Passionate about digital products and emerging design technology
