A leading UK M&E Contractor with a strong presence across
Commercial, Residential, and Data Centre
sectors is looking for multiple
Mechanical Project Engineer's
of all levels to join its
Commercial Division
. This role offers the chance to be involved in
multiple brand-new commercial projects
across
Central London
, working on some of the city's most exciting and high-profile developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mechanical Project Engineer to progress within a company that values development and internal promotion. You'll gain exposure to large-scale commercial schemes, with a clear path toward Project Management and beyond.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering full mechanical packages on major commercial projects across Central London.
  • Take ownership of mechanical coordination, design reviews, procurement, and on-site delivery.
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical and programme requirements are met.
  • Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and project handover.
  • Work closely with other engineers across mechanical and electrical disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience working as a
    Mechanical Project Engineer
    within a Building Services contractor environment.
  • Background in
    commercial fit-out
    or
    new-build commercial projects
    (ideally £5m+ in M&E value).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plant rooms, chilled water, and heating/ventilation systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage coordination between disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
