  • 5/7 days includes weekends
  • 10am-2 pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces as required.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organised cleaning cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as necessary.
