As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.

Who are You?

  • Someone with a great personality who shares the same passion and fun for hospitality that we do.
  • You find enjoyment in bringing excellent guest experiences and thrive from putting a smile on both the teams and guests faces.
  • You love developing the teams with ongoing training, engagement and love.
  • You're keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the Deputy and General Manager to achieve The Old Frizzle's KPIs and budgets.
  • Other qualities we value are the ability to bring the fun, ideas-a-plenty and great decision making.
  • You'll bring with you your previous relevant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience in a £20k + pub or restaurant.
  • Our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor/garden experience. Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside the Deputy and General Manager to deliver the very best of hospitality to our Balham community.

What We Are Offering

  • A competitive salary up of £30,420- £33420 based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
  • Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5.5K making OTE up to £38,920k
  • Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan - £700 a quarter bonus pot
