A growing Manchester-based law firm is looking for a hungry and ambitious Employment Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join a small, dynamic team. Reporting directly to two partners, the successful candidate will provide expert employment law advice across a broad range of areas, with a focus on employment tribunal litigation and general advisory work, primarily acting for Respondents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including tribunal claims and general advisory matters.
- Working flexibly and independently while supporting two partners.
- Contributing to business development, including client training, updates, and thought leadership.
- Managing own caseload efficiently within a small team environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years PQE in employment law, with a focus on tribunal litigation.
- Strong advisory skills across employment law for Respondents and Claimants.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners.
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to grow with a fast-expanding firm.
