Ricoh are currently recruiting for a HR Communications Associate based in London who will play a key role in delivering impactful, inclusive, and consistent internal communications across Ricoh EMEA. The role reports to our HR Communications and Change Management Lead, and will support the execution of strategic campaigns and day-to-day communications that engage employees, enhance understanding, and support cultural and organisational change. It will support the shared vision with Central Communications to create a unified, transparent, and inclusive internal communication culture, where employees feel supported, connected to our shared goals, and empowered to perform at their best.

What you will be doing
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of campaigns across HR workstreams, including talent, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition, and culture.
- Support the creation of content and communication assets for key HR strategic campaigns, including the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the Global Employee Survey, and other HR programmes and activities.
- Manage and maintain the EMEA HR Communications Calendar to coordinate key messaging and visibility across the region.
- Create and proactively manage engaging content for the EMEA HR Viva Engage Community, helping to foster cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide planning, logistics, and communications support for EMEA HR Town Halls and internal events, including content development and feedback reporting.
- Support more authentic and inclusive storytelling across the region through employee-led videos, interviews, and leader spotlights. Lead on video logistics, content creation, basic editing, vtt file translations and publication.
- Help reinforce a high-performance culture by ensuring messages connect employees to our business strategy, organisational priorities, and The Ricoh Promise, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a shared employee experience.
- Become an EVP expert ambassador to support the business with content creation aligned to the visual identity and tone of voice.
- Monitor engagement levels and feedback, providing insight to support ongoing improvement.
You will ideally have
- Ideally candidates will be educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification / previous experience in Communications, HR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Successful candidates will have previous experience working in an internal communications role ideally supporting HR or corporate teams.
- Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and organisation skills and will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ideally you will be a creative thinker with attention to tone, audience, and impact and have a willingness to learn and work collaboratively
- Preferably candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge and previous experience of internal communications and an understanding of how it supports organisational culture and change.
- Successful candidates will ideally be confident to create clear, compelling messaging and an eagerness to develop skills across content formats and platforms are essential. Knowledge and experience of digital communications tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams Live etc.) is essential.
- Any exposure to internal communications tools and techniques whilst working in a global, or multi-country environment would be a distinct advantage.
