Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team supplying a complete solutions to the Drilling & Piling Industry in the UK and abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to present products effectively. The Sales Representative will work closely with various sectors and applications to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase products and services, tailoring the message to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
