Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team in Great Yarmouth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers and close deals effectively. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
  • Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct negotiations to finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and following up with leads through various communication channels.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring that vehicles are well-presented and available for sale.
  • Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer's purchase experience.

Experience

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • No previous experience needed, just looking for a bubbly personality with the drive to excel within the motor industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,396.80-£40,000.00 per year
