Support Worker – Christchurch (PE14) - PUR
About the service user
Our 11-year-old daughter is a bright young book lover with impeccable manners and a sense of humour.
She is a full-time wheelchair user with a physical, not mental, disability.
Hours and rate of Pay
3 hours every Monday evening from 7pm to 10pm, with occasional additional evenings or school holidays as mutually agreed.
Rates of pay would be £12.50 for regular hours and up to £16ph for weekends.
What you would be doing…
Supporting around the home and with trips out to engage in activities she enjoys.
We're happy to fund trips out during holidays and previous trips have been to coffee shops, pantomimes, cinema, shopping, Harry Potter world.
The person I would like…
Candidate must have an up to date Enhanced DBS, first aid including CPR training within the last 2 years and experience in personal care, hoisting and gastrostomy desirable.
Driving licence essential as remote location.
Animal lover preferred as we have a small farm and pet dogs.

Experience:
- personal care, hoisting and gastrostomy: 1 year (preferred)

- First Aid Certification (required)
